By placing an order with Insta Printing—whether online, via email, or by phone—you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. These terms apply to all orders and transactions.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
We are committed to offering you the best value in online printing. If you find a better deal elsewhere, let us know—we’ll do our best to beat it.

Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Insta Printing is not liable for any issues reported after this time frame.

Setup Charges

No setup fee will be applied if your file is print-ready. However, if your file requires adjustments such as resizing, editing, formatting, or pasting, a $25 setup fee per file will be added to your order.

Reprints

Reprints will only be issued if the error was due to Insta Printing. We are not responsible for reprinting orders that use:

  • Low-resolution images

  • Poorly formatted or incorrect customer files

Refund Policy

Because all print orders are custom and have no resale value, all sales are final.

If we confirm that an error was made on our part, we will reprint the job at no cost. We do not issue refunds or credits.

Customers must notify Insta Printing of any defects within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this period, the order is considered accepted and final.

For reprints to be approved:

  • Customers must return 100% of the defective product in original condition.

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Shipping fees, rush production, and expedited delivery charges are non-refundable, even for returned orders.

Image Quality Warning

Low-resolution images (especially 72 dpi images taken from the web) do not print well. For best results, we recommend that your images be at least 200 dpi.

Production Time

Estimated production times are listed on our website and are not guaranteed. If you have a strict deadline, contact us before ordering.
It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the appropriate production time and shipping method.

Insta Printing is not responsible for:

  • Missed deadlines

  • Carrier delays

  • Loss or damage during shipping
    No refunds will be issued for late deliveries.

Color Reproduction

We print using standard ink densities to a “pleasing color” standard. As a result, colors may not exactly match those printed on home or office printers. Even among professional printers, color outcomes may vary. We do our best to ensure your prints are of high quality, but exact color matching is not guaranteed. If you need an exact match, please let us know in advance.

Customer Files

All prices assume the customer is supplying properly prepared, print-ready files.
Customers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their files. While we do our best to catch file issues during pre-flight checks, Insta Printing is not responsible for:

  • File errors

  • Poor resolution

  • Output issues caused by customer-supplied files

Minor machine marks (e.g., toner dots or drum marks) may occasionally appear and are not considered print defects. These occur in less than 3% of cases.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started. Cancellations must be requested via email within 2 hours of order placement.
Cancellation fees apply:

  • No refund – If the job has been approved or production has started

  • No refund – For any logo design, graphic design, or file preparation services

Cancellations are subject to fees covering labor, credit card processing, and administrative time. Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.

Copyright and Liability

By submitting artwork, images, or files for printing, the customer affirms that they have the right to use such materials.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Insta Printing from any and all claims, damages, or expenses related to:

  • Copyright or trademark infringement

  • Defamation, libel, or privacy violations

The customer agrees to defend Insta Printing at their own expense in any legal matter arising from content submitted for production.

Right to Refuse Service

Insta Printing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at our discretion.

Policy Changes

All terms, conditions, and policies are subject to change without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
